We collect only what we need to provide the service. We don't sell your data. We don't spam you. Your prompts and generated content are yours.

What We Collect

• Account info: Email address (for login and receipts)
• Payment info: Handled securely by Stripe - we never see your card number
• Usage data: How many generations you've used, basic analytics
• Prompts: What you ask Helvetici to generate (to provide the service)

What We Don't Do

• Sell or share your personal data with third parties
• Use your prompts to train AI models
• Send you marketing emails without consent
• Track you across the internet

Your Prompts & Generated Content

Your prompts are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate components. We don't store your prompts long-term or use them to train models. The generated content belongs entirely to you.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. No creepy tracking cookies. No ad networks.

Third-Party Services

• Stripe: Payment processing
• Anthropic: AI generation (Claude)
• Vercel: Hosting

Each has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.

Your Rights

You can request to see, export, or delete your data anytime. Just email us. If you're in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR - we respect those.
